EZsites offers one year of phone and e-mail tech support, including on-site service when necessary, on each site built. In addition, one year of support is also included for upgrading done by you, if SiteBuilder training was provided by EZsites. EZsites can provide upgrading services at a reasonable cost if you feel you do not want to do that yourself. Certain system requirements are necessary if you wish to do upgrades in-house. (See below)

System Requirements for using SiteBuilder
You must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 or later (both available for free download) See NOTE below.
Also, you must have a computer equipped with Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, or Windows NT or XP.
Homestead SiteBuilder works best on computers with more than 32MB RAM and with a Pentium II (or comparable) or faster processor. An Internet connection of 56kbps or faster is necessary and includes cable, DSL, and T1 connections.
NOTE: Homestead SiteBuilder does not currently support Netscape 6.0 or the Macintosh platform, though visitors can view pages build with SiteBuilder in either.
