EZsites can help your business or organization build an affordable Website that conforms to your requirements and budget. Through the Homestead Builders Program, with your input and specifications, your site can be up and running in a very short time.
The process includes:
1. A free, no-obligation, consultation meeting to discuss your goals and needs.
2. Planning meetings to discuss the features needed to accomplish your goals, including style, number of pages, and content. You will be required at this point in the process to register for a Homestead Package through the EZsites homepage.
3. Collection of materials (logos, pictures, graphics, etc.) that will be used on the site. EZsites can provide free digital photography services to help supplement what you already have and thousands of clipart and graphics are available through Homestead and other sources.
4. Once materials and content are established, the site will be built within the time limit stated in the contract. Your input throughout this process will be a very important part of the final design.
5. A beta (trial) version of the finished site will be presented for your final approval before the site goes public. You will have a period of time to request changes as specified in the contract.
6. When the site goes on line, periodic updates to the site can be done by EZsites (extra cost option) or in-house by you. Training on the use of the Homestead software can also be provided as an option.
